Re: Allison Cumming Inc. Gourmet Catering

I'm writing this letter in reference to Allison Cumming Inc. who has been the caterer for our company for the past two years. During this period of time we have found the service and food quality to be of a very high standard.

They are extremely accommodating to our luncheon needs, which often requires service on relatively short notice. Not only are the orders delivered on a timely basis, they manage to maintain their usual high standards.

Furthermore, our experience with the personnel, be they reception, delivery or service staff are always friendly and courteous. We have no hesitation in recommending the firm to any other organization who is seeking an excellent caterer.

If I could make one recommendation it would be that Allison Cumming Caterers be included on your preferred caterer list.

I have used them for several years with nothing but outstanding results. Rosalind is extremely professional and never misses a detail and has a wonderful eye for that added touch. The food is always amazing and the wait staff are wonderful. They would be a great addition to your choices and I know they have many loyal customers such as myself.
