History of Allison Cumming Gourmet Catering.

When, Allison Cumming, in the catering business since the 1970’s decided to retire she handed the reins over to Rosalind Monster, an upscale Toronto caterer who has been in the business for the past 15 years.

Rosalind started her career working for a young dynamic couple from Markham, learning the business from the bottom up.

Sometimes cooking, sometimes serving and other times selling. Rosalind then advanced her career by working for some of the most prestigious catering companies in the city.

Allison Cumming knew that Rosalind was the right person to service her long-time standing clientele which had been built up throughout the years.
